I recently had a mains water leak under my kitchen floor, and it was causing a lot of damage. They arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Despite the awkward location, the repair was done to a very high standard. They were professional, tidy, and took the time to explain what had happened and what they had done to prevent issues in the future. Couple of good guys came out the same day as soon as I put it on line. Didn’t quite get it right the first time out as he didn’t have the right equipment. But when I phoned him up to tell him it was still flooding he came out as soon as he could this time with the right equipment and sorted it out with in 10 minutes.
