had kieron and his colleague come out to fix a blocked sink and even resealed my bath tub great work lads 👍 came out the same day, didn't take them long absolutely amazing! would recommend using them again.

They turned up on time and explained the nature of the problem and exactly what needed to be done. Their quote was very fair and they did an excellent job .

A quotation was arranged for a Saturday between 12 and 2. I called at 1pm to check they are on their way and was told they are in the ‘garage’ and they’ll arrive after 3. Until my phone call to them there was no communication from them to let me know they are will be late. I tried to call them at 3:15 and 3:30 and left a voicemail to ask when they are arriving but I was either blocked or the phone was deliberately switched off. This conduct is totally unacceptable, they have completely wasted my time and wasted my Saturday waiting around for them to arrive. Seems to me they don’t care at all.

Contacted me promptly after I submitted the job to Checkatrade. Visited the following day and sorted the problem quickly.

Superb; Rapid response to request for help. Thorough investigation and clear explanation of problems. Repair time & date to suit us & excellent timekeeping. Care taken, with shoe covers used when indoors. Straightforward and recordable billing. Altogether a very positive experience from a professional business who has been added to our “trusted” list.
