  We had our double oven cleaned today by Carlos he phoned to let us know when he was coming and he turned up exactly when he said he would. He set up his equipment and got straight on with the job he protected all the areas he was working in and proceeded to clean the ovens. He explained the process at each stage and when he had finished the ovens looked brand new. At all times he was very courteous and respectful and I would have no problems in recommending his company and in particular Carlos to anyone considering having their ovens cleaned.

  I had my sofa and armchairs cleaned last week - delighted with the results. James, the technician who did the work was excellent- very professional and efficient. James was very polite and courteous and did a great job. Very happy - thank you!

  Good to deal with polite and respectful operators.The drycleaned carpet and rug came up as good as new.Would not hesitate to use Vulcan again.

  We have moved into a house where the oven, grill, hob and extractor had been left in an awful state. We paid £150 for them all to be cleaned. The oven was left with grease still on the seals and on the glass, the grill and hob had black left on the racks even after they had been in their van to deep clean and the extractor was dripping with whatever it had been sprayed with, not cleaned at all. I spent a further hour after the chap had left to get the oven fully cleaned. I contacted the customer service providing photos and they were not interested. I would save your money and go elsewhere.
