Hired to deep clean a stair, landing & bedroom carpet. Excellent result. The chap who came ~ James was very professional yet friendly & warm. Very disappointing that after two months Vulcan have failed to resolve the issue created when they cleaned our range cooker; their technician removed all the details of temperatures and control knobs; they told us initially that they would order new decals to resolve the issue, six weeks later we are still waiting, we have been ghosted for at least 3 weeks of that time. The cleaning itself was ok, but the issues we have faced since after a fairly expensive clean lead me to a position that I cannot recommend this company, no accountability at all. The business was started in 2018 by husband and wife team Derek and Laura from their home just outside Hartlepool. With a single van and a steaming machine their aim was to grow the business by delivering great value for money and the absolute best service.
