  Never again. Stain was still there and no stain treatments were offered. Had to haggle to get just 20% of the cost of the cleaning back. The guy was only in for 30 mins and did a quick steam clean which made no difference

  Was unable to clean the stain off the sofa as did not want to use harsh chemicals stain is still very visible and was charged full price which was over £100
