  James the fitter was a very friendly and easy going person. He worked diligently and efficiently at all times. He went above and beyond to insure everything was completed to a very high standard, and communicated with us at every step of the job. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him to others.

  James was extremely professional and helpful, he very quickly sorted out a plumbing issue in our kitchen for us. He was really quick to respond and carried out the work to a high standard. He took care to explain to us what he had done and we got great value for money, as well as excellent service. He even fixed our broken garden gate on his way in!

  New toilet & flooring

  Very pleased with my new toilet and toilet flooring fitted by Vortex Transport & Plumbingi n January 2026. James was patient, reliable and thorough. He checked with me exactly what needed doing and I wanted it to look like. He listened to my concerns, talked me through the process, clearly explained my options, found the best solution to an unexpected challenge and consulted me whenever it was needed. I'll definitely use Vortex Plumbing for anything that needs doing in the future.

  Had a toilet leak and it was sorted the same day, very professional, good communication and very good price, I would not hesitate to use vortex plumbing again and would recommend to others! Makes a difference when you have someone that goes above and beyond during a stressful situation and they definitely did so thank you 😊
