I had a new shower installed and couldn’t be happier. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and worked with great attention to detail. He kept the area spotless and was patient and understanding throughout the job. The installation looks excellent and works perfectly. His pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. Really personable service, quick response and great overall experience. They were really flexible - we had extra problems occur before their arrival and they fixed everything there and then. We would absolutely use them again.

James was exceptional in the stressful situation we found ourselves in with a leak under the floorboards. He came out within the hour, just as he said he would, and had the issue sorted alongside a builder within 3 hours. Would definitely recommended!
