    Kitchen sink leaks/repairs & boiler service

    Vivek's communication was clear and transparent at all points. Explained all that he was doing, why things needed to be done. Transparent with costs of parts vs labour, very reasonable pricing. Easy to discuss options with and help in making decisions. Quality of work was a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone.

    Vivek provided ab extremely professional service and I would recommend him to all. Initially, he came out free of charge to review the job required. He explained concisely what he needed to do, quoted and agreed a time and date to complete the works. On the day, he arrived on time was quick, efficient, polite, tidy and dispised of all packaging. He replaced a toilet pump to a concealed cistern and installed new grab rails within my shower room.

    A gas hob disconnection and cap, then a gas hob reconnection

    VK was great, he gave us a great price for our gas hob disconnection/reconnection. He was reliable and even did a tiny bit of work at no extra cost to make sure our property was in line with modern piping requirements, which he didn’t have to do. Although it was tough to get hold of VK via Checkatrade, I would really recommend just contacting him directly via phone as I could always reach him this way, and he always turned up when he said he would - he was even really flexible with us when we needed to push back the date of the job. I would recommend VK highly to anyone.

    Arrived on time and identified the issue quickly and promptly did the required repairs In addition he as willing to look other issues of plumbing within the property and sorted various small jobs with no complaints
