  Vivek communicated clearly, came and quoted for the work, and was easy to fix an appointment for the job. He planned it carefully, made some helpful cost saving suggestions and my wife was very appreciative of his tidy work.

  VK was very helpful indeed. I have an odd central heating system and he figured it out and got it working. Explained what was going on and gave honest advice. Very reasonable on price. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Outside tap installation

  Excellent service. Posted the job on Saturday and it was completed by Monday, which was great. Communication was clear throughout and he arrived when he said he would. The outside tap has been installed really neatly – the pipework is tidy and everything looks well finished. He was polite, considerate while working, and cleaned up afterwards, which I appreciated. The job was carried out efficiently and exactly as requested. Overall, a very straightforward and professional service. I’d happily recommend him.

  Installing new immersion and thermostat for unvented cylinder

  I requested a quote from VK Plumbing to replace my immersion for an unvented cylinder water heater. Vivek was quick to respond and we exchanged messages where by I provided photos and I was given a quote for the work. Vivek was courteous in responding to my messages and I accepted his quote for the work. On the day Vivek was due, I asked if he could telephone me when he was on his way, which he duly did so can highly recommend his customer service skills. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and tidily and I have no hesitation in recommending Vivek for your plumbing needs.

  Replaced Immersion heaters for elderly parent

  Vivek was very helpful and professional. A quote was provided in advance and he messaged to advise exact arrival time for the job which was completed as promised. I arranged remotely on behalf of an elderly parent, which is always a worry - so was relieved to find VK plumbing. Thank you, will use again.
