Was late for our appointment as a job he was on was overrunning. However, he kept us fully updated and apologised when he arrived. He promptly rectified the fault and only charged us for the part, refusing to charge for the callout

With a shower that would not turn off I rang at 06:45 and requested an emergency call out. My problem was very quickly understood and within an hour the plumber arrived with a new shower and fitted it. Everything was fully, politely and professionally explained up-front, including the solution to the problem and the cost. I’m extremely happy with everything and would highly recommend VK.

They arrived at the time they booked and were very friendly and informative when we asked questions. They got the job done in under a hour which was great.
