We highly recommend Vision Windows. Over four years they have done four jobs for us. On examining our windows they said they could keep them in good order for many years to come. This is so refreshing. No sell for new windows. We have had blown glass panels replaced also. Vision Windows are totally reliable, giving a very good value, professional and expert service. We recommended them to the Directors of our block of flats and they are pleased with the work done on all communal windows. The company communicated promptly by email and responded likewise on the phone prior to the task. The fitter Mark arrived as agreed and immediately set to work on my Everest conservatory door, which had a metal adjusting plate sheared, a part that is apparently no longer available. He offered a creative solution by swapping an intact plate from the other matching door. The job was completed in one hour and the bill was very competitive, given the property is 10 miles outside Brighton.
