From start to finish, the staff are fantastic. Always on time and left the place as they found it. All windows and doors fitted to the highest standard. I would thoroughly recommend Vision Windows.

Grant was very knowledgeable and gave me some good information/advice about the door I was after. When he came out to measure and quote, I didn't feel under any pressure to go ahead and he left me to decide about the options he gave. I was happy with the quote and therefore went ahead with them. The 2 guys Luke and Dave that came to fit my door on the day, where very thorough, worked hard and I was SO pleased with the results.

Vision Windows replaced my patio door glass today and I am very pleased with the result. Very efficient worker who not only replaced the blown seal window but also cleaned the door window next to it. This is the second time that I have used Vision Windows and I can highly recommend them for reliability and pricing of the job.

Very negative and distressing experience. Quote was a year ago, took 6 months to start work, only finished last month, arrived with broken and missing panes, workers didn't know about hinges. Gaskets not replaced so windows not sealed. Required multiple visits for simple tasks. Porthole failed FENSA inspection twice, pane had to be installed 3 times, damage caused to new frame in process. Repeatedly tried to contact VW for support, communication and organisation terrible. Asked for a partial refund - not given, no acknowledgement of stressful experience, bad workmanship and damage caused.
