Absolutely brilliant service. Job was measured up & a quick quote was given. We discussed what I wanted & I was given some excellent suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Quote was a very good price for what I wanted. Communication from the office was excellent. I was also able to choose an installation date that suited me. The job took 3 days (9 replacement windows). 2 fitters arrived on time every day, working non-stop. They were friendly, helpful & professional; both lovely guys. I absolutely love my new windows & would highly recommend Vision Windows.

Great experience from start to finish, owner came to measure up, who was friendly, polite and clearly knew his job. Windows were fitted four weeks after measurements were taken, the window fitters did an excellent job, the windows look fantastic and have transformed our house, the fitters cleaned up and took all rubbish away, the whole job was priced very reasonably, this is the second time I’ve used vision windows first time was in my flat 28 years ago very happy back then too, I would definitely use this company if I need double glazing again.

I recently contacted Vision Windows Brighton Ltd to carry out repair work to some UPVC windows and balcony doors that would not open due to the opening mechanisms/locks having seized up over a number of years. They were extremely helpful and efficient, responding quickly to my enquiry and carrying out an initial assessment and quote for the work that needed to be done. The work was undertaken at a later date and was carried out very efficiently and effectively with all doors and windows fully serviced and repaired and they are now all functioning properly. I would happily recommend using them.

From start to finish, the staff are fantastic. Always on time and left the place as they found it. All windows and doors fitted to the highest standard. I would thoroughly recommend Vision Windows.

Grant was very knowledgeable and gave me some good information/advice about the door I was after. When he came out to measure and quote, I didn't feel under any pressure to go ahead and he left me to decide about the options he gave. I was happy with the quote and therefore went ahead with them. The 2 guys Luke and Dave that came to fit my door on the day, where very thorough, worked hard and I was SO pleased with the results.
