I contacted Vintage I was promptly contacted. Martin agreed to visit the next day as agreed to assess the job. He clearly knows his stuff and diagnosed the source of my Damp Issues and provided options and recommendations. I was quoted a fair price so we agreed to the services that evening and he and my husband chatted were round first thing the following week. They went above and beyond the quoted job without charging extra and cleaned up after themselves. Strongly recommended.

Vintage property solutions recently completed damp-proofing walls in my bedroom and Martin who made the site visit to David in the office who were most helpful. Johnny & Dan who carried out the work very efficiently and left the job as clean as when they started. Very impressed Great Team.

I cannot recommend nor thank Vintage enough. Needed a specialist damp survey done following RICS level 3 survey report. A first time buyer so against the SDLT clock. Picked Vintage because of excellent reviews. Best decision ever. They managed to carry out survey straightaway, report and estimate by the end of the day, and based on that managed to get the seller to knock almost £10k from the offer price! After taking possession of the flat, Vintage managed to work on it immediately, Martin (huge shout out to him) was so pleasant to work with - calm and courteous. Daily updates. Sound advice.

Vintage did a Great job. The communication with Martin his explaining and knowledge was so reassuring . He came around and advised on the best solution moisture readings were taken, vintage provided me with dates they could start which meant I could get the works done within my preferred timelines.
