  Veaceslav arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he encouraged me to watch him work so that I understood what he was doing. I very much appreciate this, and it allowed me to understand how he systematically worked through the boiler service. I very much appreciate this, as I like to know what someone working in my home is doing. As he went through he kept me informed of why he was checking each thing and why it mattered/how it worked. Excellent work, ensured I had contact information for any follow up work, and a generally friendly demeanour. 10/10

  Reliable, Fair, Excellent Communication

  First time using Checkatrade and I couldn’t be happier. I posted a job (magnetic filter installation on boiler) and had several replies within minutes. Slav from V.Ganta Heating & Plumbing arrived within 30 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable, and offered helpful advice, including sourcing materials myself.
