Veaceslav arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he encouraged me to watch him work so that I understood what he was doing. I very much appreciate this, and it allowed me to understand how he systematically worked through the boiler service. I very much appreciate this, as I like to know what someone working in my home is doing. As he went through he kept me informed of why he was checking each thing and why it mattered/how it worked. Excellent work, ensured I had contact information for any follow up work, and a generally friendly demeanour. 10/10
