  Van Butler was recommended for my removals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. From prompt and informative answers to my booking request from Tim, to the guys moving on the day, all was handled efficiently. Instructions for moving to two different locations were followed and care was taken with fragile items. All was checked with me and items placed where requested.

  Extremely efficient and helpful when booking. Removers initially asked what I wanted done and then completed the removal and re-installation independently. A wholly professional concern all round.

  Van Butler made a task I had been dreading entirely painless

  Proprietor Tim helped us with a small removal that I thought might be complicated because it involved a third party who was not easy to get hold of. I had been putting the job off for that reason, but after speaking to Tim, I realised I need not have worried. He had a thoroughly can-do approach and was immensely helpful. The job was completed briskly and without fuss by his driver/mover. It was a pleasure to do business with Van Butler and I feel lucky I found them.

  Professional and trustworthy

  I engaged VanButler for two jobs: one is to move massive house content from one apartment to another that requires a lot of walking (over 20,000 steps), another is to move boxes and furniture from a self storage warehouse to the first vacant apartment. Both teams were professional, careful about my property, respect all estate management rules, punctual, and they were very diligent. Will use again any time. Highly recommend.

  Great communication and service for house move and packing

  Van Butler gave us great service for packing up and removal from our flat in London to house in Sussex. Tim's communication was great throughout - very prompt and let us know ETAs each morning of the move which was very helpful. All the guys who came to do the packing and removal were very professional, quick, efficient, considerate and respectful. Overall a great experience and made moving with a baby so much less stressful! Would definitely recommend.
