Van Butler gave us great service for packing up and removal from our flat in London to house in Sussex. Tim's communication was great throughout - very prompt and let us know ETAs each morning of the move which was very helpful. All the guys who came to do the packing and removal were very professional, quick, efficient, considerate and respectful. Overall a great experience and made moving with a baby so much less stressful! Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received during my recent move from London to Gower. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly, and handled everything — from fragile items to bulky furniture — with real care and attention. What really stood out was how calm, friendly, and accommodating they were throughout what could have been a very stressful day. Nothing was too much trouble. They even navigated some tricky access issues at the new place without fuss.

Tim showed amazing patience while the confirmation of our house move was being delayed by things out of our control, and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the process. The move itself was about as efficient and stress-free as we could have hoped for. The VanButler team were careful and very polite, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
