  Reliable and great customer services.

  Great reliability and customer services. Recently I purchase a kitchen and Alex Vale put it together. Even though I requested the kitchen to start in 2 weeks time, and being near Christmas time everyone is busy (including him), but he said he could do it and delivered. Very organized, with removal of the old kitchen, put together a fake wall, plaster work, electrician, all different people but very very organized. I was very impressive with the customer services, he is very good in responding the emails. I highly recommend it.

  Reliable service

  I needed the shower tray and door replacing in two en suite bathrooms. Many bathroom fitters are not interested unless it is a whole bathroom installation. VPS took the work on and did an excellent job. Alex and Dan were very attentive and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

  Professional workmanship and a high standard finish

  We engaged Vale to completely refurbish a bathroom into an ensuite wet room. They did an amazing and highly professional job with a great finish. We have a number of rooms which require upgrading and have engaged a number of companies to undertake the same works over the past 5 years and this was by far the best. We will be using them in future for all our bathroom renovations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Great job and great person to work with

  Alex Vale did an excellent job installing our kitchen. We’re very happy with the work completed. He was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the process, and when an unexpected issue came up, Alex quickly found an effective solution. He came across as very knowledgeable and clearly skilled in his trade. Everything was completed within budget, and the after-service support has been great. Highly recommended!

  Full bathroom renovation

  Alex and team were excellent: full of ideas and suggestions when we needed them but focused on giving us the renovation we wanted, respectful of the rest of the house, very easy to communicate with and prompt in finishing the work: none of this nonsense where tradespeople start the job and then take ages to finish it because they've moved on to start something else! Very good also at going through our (minor) snags and achieving the finish we wanted. Recommended.

  strip out old kitchen reconfigure the whole room

  What a fantastic job they have done from start to finish. All the tradesmen that came in where polite and tidy , communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. the whole job ran smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. would recommend and we are planning to use them again to do a completer bathroom refit.
