  Alex and his team are great. Second time I’ve used them (they redid my kitchen). The work was done to a high standard and looks really great. The guys are prompt and polite. Alex very communicative throughout the job. Very happy with the work.

  I wanted a new bathroom designed and fitted

  I moved and needed a new bathroom. I hadnt done this before and was nervous as I didn't know what I was doing. Alex was fantastic from the start. We discussed what I liked and my budget. I sent him pictures of the tiles and units that I liked. Alex then sent me a shopping basket that I could change if I wanted to. I didn't as I trusted his expertise and I'm so glad I did! The communication was great throughout. The tradesmen arrived on time, they were polite and professional. They were neat, tidy and respectful. My bathroom is more than I could have dreamed of.

  Kitchen Fit Out

  Alex and his team did a fantastic job in getting our kitchen fitted. Whilst it was a frustrating project (due to external issues with the kitchen supplier), they managed to get the job done well in the end and overcame any obstacles that we faced! Alex was always friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

  Complete bathroom refit

  I was lucky in choosing Vale Property Solutions to refit my bathroom. I needed addition of a shower and bigger bath. Alex came to measure up and advise on design. Everything was removed, fitted, tiled painted, including the ceiling. Process was easy. I was given an online shopping basket as a starting point. Amended shopping list to my requirements. Alex was a great communicator, answered all my questions. Replied quickly. Started the project when expected, finished as expected. All the team were great. No bits were left for me to do. No worries with this company.

  Installation of new bathroom

  I would thoroughly recommend Alex and his team. We needed a complete modernisation of a very old, dilapidated bathroom. This entailed stripping back the walls, replastering, redoing the electrics, relaying the floor, tiling, and installing a new shower, bath, basin and toilet and other equipment. Alex advised on the planning, and kept us informed and consulted at every stage. The guys in his team were careful and friendly and were sensitive about working in our home. The work was of a high standard and we are delighted with the result.
