Alex and team were excellent: full of ideas and suggestions when we needed them but focused on giving us the renovation we wanted, respectful of the rest of the house, very easy to communicate with and prompt in finishing the work: none of this nonsense where tradespeople start the job and then take ages to finish it because they've moved on to start something else! Very good also at going through our (minor) snags and achieving the finish we wanted. Recommended.

What a fantastic job they have done from start to finish. All the tradesmen that came in where polite and tidy , communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. the whole job ran smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. would recommend and we are planning to use them again to do a completer bathroom refit.

I moved and needed a new bathroom. I hadnt done this before and was nervous as I didn't know what I was doing. Alex was fantastic from the start. We discussed what I liked and my budget. I sent him pictures of the tiles and units that I liked. Alex then sent me a shopping basket that I could change if I wanted to. I didn't as I trusted his expertise and I'm so glad I did! The communication was great throughout. The tradesmen arrived on time, they were polite and professional. They were neat, tidy and respectful. My bathroom is more than I could have dreamed of.
