  Vac-xtract responded promptly to my enquiry and their surveyor was friendly and professional. The quotation was fair and the two operatives were polite and efficient. Based on my experience so far I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

  Very precessional, no nonsense. The came, inspected the property, quoted, and then installed the cavity wall insulation. Everything done as expected. Very tidy. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable

  Survey was very thorough, no issues at all with that. First part of service completed to extract cavity wall installation ready for infill. Think a bit more time spent on identifying areas where dust could blow through would have been beneficial. Small loft area being used for storage on 1st floor ended up covered in dust and it still blows through after tidy up. Also, I had to spend an hr cleaning cement off the windowsills. I would still give them 7/10 but for the infill I will be expecting them to do a much better job on preparation and clean up .
