  Had these guys back to replace the cavity wall insulation with the latest materials after they had taken out the old, failing and damp insulation from 30 years ago. Very professional and helpful, cleared up after brilliantly. Many Thanks.

  Loft insulation removal. All successfully removed in hot temperatures. Excellent effort. I had queries about some of the minor felt repairs. These were all dealt with by further experts coming out to remediate without complaint. Very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

  An amazing professional comprehensive service, nothing was too much trouble from their two operators who also treated my elderly in-laws with kindness and respect. Very impressed with the company who from my initial enquiry through to quote and completion of the cavity wall insulation removal were excellent. Would be happy to recommend them.

  Vac Xtract were professional in every way from the surveyor who came to look at the problem to the the 2 men who carried out the job. The surveyor who came was punctual, polite and explained everything very clearly and wasn't pushy at all. After agreeing to have the insulation removed I didn't have to wait too long before the job was done. The 2 men were very good and I was very pleased to see that everything was clean and tidy when they were ready to go. I couldn't fault any of the staff I saw and it was a good experience. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
