  Cavity wall insulation. Professional, thorough, tidy, good communication, job well done.

  Perfect job done, from the initial phone contact with Karlos, followed by George’s survey, to George & Billy’s install. In good hands all the way, with everyone at Vac-Xtract willing to take a little time to explain what they were doing and why. Attention to detail throughout, for example survey included inspection by camara inside our wall cavity with subsequent removal of a chunk of fallen builders’ rubble from within the cavity. Reasonable cost for a cosier home and to save energy with zero contractor pains!

  Just wanted to say thank you for doing our insulation. Your flexibility to meet our time frames (changing as often as the wind) was hugely appreciated, and we’re delighted with the result. The house has gone from an ice box to a model of controlled climate. Looking forward to a warm winter without the electric blankets!

  Foam Loft Insulation Removal

  The work was not simple, being in the lofts of an 18th Century farmhouse. The team arrived and carried out the work in a clean and efficient manner, removing foam loft insulation and installing new mineral wool insulation. They were good humoured and courteous throughout, working full days and finishing a day earlier than expected. The whole experience was good and I would recommend them to anyone requiring the removal of foam loft insulation.

  They were quick at replying to my initial inquiry. They were professional and did a great job. We are two flats and they were able to take payment from each owner separately. It was great they offered instalment plans too.

  We were very impressed with the service received from Vac-Xtract in all respects. From initial enquiry, site visit and subsequent quote arranged quickly, and follow-up questions handled efficiently. Scheduling of work was straightforward and prompt. The standard of workmanship was much better than we had hoped, and Rich and Frank were friendly, hard-working, helpful and very tidy. What more could you ask for? Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vac-Xtract - a pleasure to deal with.
