Great job done recently- removing insulation from exterior wall cavity because of damp. The guys turned up and cracked on. Everything was explained and they showed me photos when they had completed the job. They came in to make sure it was all tidy even hoovering up any mess left. Very polite and it was completed really quickly.

Vac-xtract replaced our cavity wall insulation in 2023. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively. We have noticed the difference over the last two winters. Recently we have needed proof of the work done for an EPC evaluation and could not find the paperwork. I emailed Vac-xtract asking for a copy and it was supplied in less than 24 hours of my email. Having gained exorbitant quotes from other companies (to remove foam from a loft area) who said the entire roof had to come off we found the lighthouse in our storm that was Vac-Extract. They visited the house, assured us the roof did not have to come off, professionally risk assessed the job then quoted a fair price for removal and clearance of the foam. No deposit was taken and the job completed to an excellent standard. After an independent assessment, showing exceptional workmanship, we received a certificate of completion. Only then did we settle the invoice. Truly exemplary service.
