Utility Guru spent over an hour and a half on a blocked drain. The actual blockage turned out to be 45 foot away from the property, so they were helpful in identifying and arranging Welsh Water to fix the blockage. They did not charge as they were unable to reach the issue being so far off the property. If only all traders were this honest!

excellent from start to finish. looked with camera and showed us several problem along the pipe, then where the drain had collapsed. Then told us we can get it done for free by water company because it's a share drain. nice guy, reasonable prices. thanks

I phoned Sean at about 9:30am after trying in vain for most of Sunday to solve the problem myself He showed up at about 12:00. He got to work straight away and sorted the problem in about an hour. Tidy punctual polite and knowledgeable.I cannot recommend him highly enough,The price was excellent too.
