Sean was absolutely fantastic. Same day response on contact. Immediately investigated the issue on attending and identified the issue causing a long term reoccurring drain smell, which was a severely damaged and broken internal soil stack. Clear explanation of the solution and excellent quote to resolve. Work booked in quickly and was all completed to the highest standard. The top of the soil pipe had blown down in the wind, the gent came out, replaced the top of the pipe with a more up to date version and was done really quickly. The job looks excellent, he explained exactly what he had done and why, he was very friendly and I would definitely recommend him to others.
