  Honest, hardworking team who did a lot of great work in my home.

  Hired Urbex for a full house - conversion to gas from all electric, - boiler, radiators, pipework, painting, feature walls, flooring, stairs, panel walls etc etc - the lot. I was away from home and left it to Urbex. Every part of the job has been completed to a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They kept in contact, with me on all aspects of the work while I was away. This was a big project for the guys and they handled every aspect of very professionally. I basically came home to whole new house. Good guys, hard working, communicative. Highly recommended.

  Smart Thermostat installation

  I was looking to have two Tado room thermostats supplied and fitted, posted the job on Checkatrade and had Eddie reach out to me. We discussed the job via email and replies were always prompt, polite and professional. The work was carried out by an electrician. He arrived on time, removed the old thermostats and installed new ones - a straightforward task, but done with care and attention to detail. Respectful treatment of my home and no rubbish left behind. Paperwork, ie, invoice and payment receipt also promptly provided. This is how it's meant to be! Thank you very much!

  In the matter of a short notice (a week) I’ve accepted £220 price for gas safety check and switching water back on. Time of the visit was confirmed fees days before, on the day, contractor changed time of the visit from 11.am to 14pm, and arrived at 15pm.   Thomas was quick in responding when dealing with our boiler. Our boiler needed urgent work done when we first moved in and Thomas was out within an hour to sort the problems for us. He quickly diagnosed the problems and sorted it for us within the hour. We had to then change our boiler as it was old and had too many problems coming up to winter. Thomas ripped out and fitted our new boiler in a day and it’s working brilliantly now. The work Thomas has done for us is greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
