Urban Jungle Pest & Wildlife Management is a family run company that strives to deliver a premium, personal service at a competitive price. Family values play a huge role in our day to day business, ensuring that we are always polite and punctual whilst guaranteeing that we deliver accurate and reliable advice. We will take the time to walk you through the whole treatment process and answer any queries that you may have and where possible, we will aim to send the same technician on all visits. We are Specialists in pest control, covering pest control in London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
Our technicians have a passion for their work which is reflected in their qualifications, that are above and beyond most other pest controllers, as well as these qualifications, our technicians are equipped with over 10 years practical experience in pest and wildlife management, this ensures that they can give honest, impartial advice through both knowledge and experience. We ensure that all our staff are kept up to date with changes in legislation and management techniques, through ongoing training, to ensure that we can offer the best advice and management techniques.
We only use the very best pest control products available on the market and we continually review the effectiveness of all products. This allows us to quickly and effectively control any pest problems that you may be having. We believe that this is how all pest control companies should operate, but unfortunately, lots of companies use the cheaper (often inferior) products and increase their pricing to maximise revenue. For Urban Jungle’s staff, customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our philosophy and as such, we use the best possible products for all our jobs, whilst keeping costs competitive.
We understand that allowing access to your property or business to someone that you do not know personally, can be difficult. All our technicians are DBS checked, will be wearing company uniform and will identify themselves personally upon arrival to your premises. All technicians are fully qualified, insured and have been in the industry for many years. No actions will be undertaken within your premises without your consent and we will walk you through what we are doing and why, throughout the whole process.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we will do everything we can to accommodate this throughout the whole treatment, from the customer service to after treatment care. We are so confident in our work that we offer guarantees on most of our treatments, giving you peace of mind post-treatment, that you are fully protected.
