This work was done in September 2024. There were two wasps nest and Lewis applied product to remove them. Very quickly afterwards it was apparent that it had not worked. Tried to call, WhatsApp after - numerous times. All calls unreturned. Complete silence. I would rather have been told what was going on rather than be ignored. Now it's spring and they are back again. Won't be using Lewis again. Poor communication is no excuse. Honesty is appreciated and understood.

Lewis was great. He turned up on time and his communication was great. He’s very personable and knowledgeable and his expertise is obvious. He gave me advice on what needed/didn’t need to be done. Very trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again for other pest issues.

Lewis is amazing at his job so knowledgeable and helpful! We were fed up speaking to and working with tradesman who claim to have experience of working in pest control but had no idea of how to resolve our issue just kept masking it and after a while we would hear mouse running around in our ceiling. Lewis actually resolved our issue. Lewis doesn't even cover our area but was lovely enough to come out and resolve the issue. So grateful. If your thinking of contacting Lewis please don't hesitate!

Lewis from Urban Jungle was great. He was extremely patient on the phone while I stressed out about the dead fox in the garden. Not pushy at all. He tried to rearrange his diary for me and managed to come out on the same day. Punctual. Respectful. Quick to work and disinfected the area afterwards. So nice to come across a tradesman who genuinely cares about the people, the animals and doing a good job. Would highly recommend.
