  Jason did a fantastic job, highly professional and very diligent. Took the time to do a thorough job replacing both soffits and guttering and provided some really useful advice during the quote and when completing the job. Highly recommend him to others.

  Excellent service provided, we would highly recommend UPVC & Property Maintenance. Jason was a pleasure to have working on our property, is hard working and turns up when he says he will. He is also very tidy and cleaned up after the work was finished immaculately. The quote we received was very competitive and the invoice came exactly as quoted. Overall we are delighted with the quality of the work we have had done.

  Jason gave us a reasonable quote to have our soffits,fascia’s and guttering replaced in UPVC. His communication and timing was exactly to point and his work exceptional. He kept us informed of each stage at every point and worked exceptionally hard. We,re very pleased with all his work.

  Fit Fascias and Guttering

  Jason has done work for us before. Previously he renewed all the fascias and guttering for the entire house. His work was of such a high standard That we decided to use him again for another part of the building. Jason has very high standards and has a demanding attention to detail. He is focussed on the task in hand and doesn’t take breaks . Consequently, he works at speed and completes tasks on time. Finally, he has a pleasing personality and is a friendly communicator with he is customers.

  New UVPC facias, soffits, guttering and downpipes.

  If you’re looking for a professional job that looks totally fantastic you need not look further. Jason and Gemma have given our home a new lease of life, I just cannot recommend enough. Their prompt time keeping along with a great work ethic has made it a pleasure to have this work done. Jason explained that the facias were badly rotten and needed to be completely removed, some companies just cover over rotten timber. All waste materials were removed followed by a tidy-up. Jason also found broken Tiles that he replaced without mentioning…perfectionist. Very highly recommended Thank you L & G

  Replacement of fascia, soffits and guttering with Upvc

  Jason was prompt in quoting and helpful in explaining how the work would be carried out. He resolved issues as he went along without trying to charge extra for unforeseen problems - a refreshing change. The end result has been an excellent looking job. Jason was also helpful in pointing out issues with the roof that I can follow up with a roofer. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing work carried out on their fascia or guttering.
