Really pleased with the work Jason completed. Really good communication and information beforehand, and was flexible to get us in as soon as he was able. The work was done to a really good quality and very happy with it. Plus the driveway/back garden was left very tidy! Jason made it all very easy and cracked on which was great for a busy family that were not around allot!

Full replacement of soffits and facias carried out. Really pleased with the work, all done properly and to a high standard. Would defiantly recommend.

We had the soffits, fascias, and guttering replaced on our 1920s semi in Parkstone, and Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with the work — which was absolutely top-notch. He removed an old soil vent, replaced the tiles, and even took the time to re-mortar some loose bricks and hip tiles, all without being asked. They were very helpful, thorough and efficient in replacing all the old wood, cladding, facias soffits and guttering on the whole house. They were very conscientious and paid attention to detail after the work had been completed it transformed the whole appearance of the house. All very messy but necessary but Jason always cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy at the end. Would totally recommend UPVC & Property Maintenance.

Jason did a fantastic job, highly professional and very diligent. Took the time to do a thorough job replacing both soffits and guttering and provided some really useful advice during the quote and when completing the job. Highly recommend him to others.
