    Repeat customers!

    This is the second time we have used Dave and his team at UTDB (We've got a basement Flat ). They have been so responsive. Good, clear communicators and have done an excellent job. We had removed laminate flooring to find the floor boards underneath disintegrating. Dave was quick to respond, got a team out two days later to clear the damage and find out what was going on. They then made the space safe and usable while we get ready for the next steps. Thoroughly recommend them.

    Prompt and well-priced damp proofing from UTDB!

    I had been ignoring the damp wall at the back of my house until heavy rain saw water surging through the walls! David had sorted out a damp issue at the front of the house in 2023 so I gave him a call and he sorted me out with a very clear quote incl. damp proof the wall, install a french drain, redo the rotten and broken guttering and box off the boiler. The work was done really promptly, we had to wait a few days until it stopped raining but as soon as there was a rain free day Greg did all the works. Everything looks good as new, I'm so pleased, and would definitely use David and co again!

    Damp works, structural repairs, decoration

    I was highly recommended David. I recently purchased a house that required major structural damp work plus major repairs. Work was exceptional. David’s communication was excellent— always kept me updated and was consistently available to discuss any questions. All damp issues rectified, completed additional major repairs, and fully redecorated the house. Quality of the workmanship and the value provided were outstanding. Everything completed exactly to schedule. Greg, was fantastic—meticulous, detail-oriented. I couldn’t be happier with the results, wholeheartedly strongly recommend David

AT UTBD Damp Proofing we can carry out all of the preparation work before and after the specialist treatments. This means we can remove skirting's, architraves, radiators, electrical sockets etc. or anything else we need to remove, in order to get to the damp infected areas, which some specialist companies can't do.

All works supervised to budget and agreed timescale with any variations to specification or contract period discussed in full with our clients for their approval. All sections of work can be individually priced so you can tailor the works to suit your timescale and budget.

We have been trading since 2003 but have experience in the damp proofing world for over 20 years.
