Greg repaired our shower room after extensive damage from water leakage. Made an excellent job of it and was happy to reinstall toilet and vanity unit rather than rip everything out and start again. He was polite, professional and always turned up when expected. Left room looking great. Very pleased with the result. Thank you David and Greg.

This is the second time we have used Dave and his team at UTDB (We've got a basement Flat ). They have been so responsive. Good, clear communicators and have done an excellent job. We had removed laminate flooring to find the floor boards underneath disintegrating. Dave was quick to respond, got a team out two days later to clear the damage and find out what was going on. They then made the space safe and usable while we get ready for the next steps. Thoroughly recommend them.

I had been ignoring the damp wall at the back of my house until heavy rain saw water surging through the walls! David had sorted out a damp issue at the front of the house in 2023 so I gave him a call and he sorted me out with a very clear quote incl. damp proof the wall, install a french drain, redo the rotten and broken guttering and box off the boiler. The work was done really promptly, we had to wait a few days until it stopped raining but as soon as there was a rain free day Greg did all the works. Everything looks good as new, I'm so pleased, and would definitely use David and co again!
