  It has been a pleasure getting Andre and the team on board for a bathroom renovation. The team always arrived on time and ready to work, polite and easily approachable, and putting effort into cleaning up after each day. I had confidence that the work was in good hands. Andre himself was a great project manager, with regular visits and calls making sure everything was progressing smoothly. His care and attention to the project extends beyond the work; always at hand if we run into any issues down the line. The end results are great, exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased.

  We had some new slider wardrobe doors fitted on to an existing carcass. We are very pleased with both the product & the service & Andre was very helpful in helping us to choose what would be the best. We are now in the process of ordering new wardrobes & drawers for our other bedroom & would highly recommend him.

  Small bathroom update

  This is the second time I have used Andre and the team from upstairs downstairs and once again they did a great job. While there was a delayed start, I was kept fully informed about this and once begun the work was done very efficiently and to a high standard. I live in an old house so whenever you decide to do some work there is always something unexpected that needs to be dealt with - and upstairs downstairs are able to deal with this, offer practical solutions and keep the work moving

  Kitchen renovation. Professional and trustworthy.

  I recently hired Upstairs Downstairs to renovate the whole kitchen which included, plastering, rewiring, plumbing, layering of new floor and supply and fit a new kitchen. From start to finish Andre and his team provided a professional , efficient and friendly service. The attention to detail was exceptional and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Andre is a very friendly, trustworthy and easy to get on with. I highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs to anyone looking to renovate the kitchen.

  Radiator installation done right.

  These guys are just top tier. Andre and the team installed new radiators, which also required some wall repair work, and repaired some guttering work on the house. Having used them for our bathroom refit I knew they would do a great job and they did. Super happy with the work. As always, friendly, professional, good comms, respectful, tidy and no fuss.
