Andre and his team were super professional from the very start. Professional drawings and photos of what it will look like after being done. Andre also made valuable suggestions which helped me. The work itself was done in 4 days which was very fast. Thank you to everyone at the team.

My bathroom work turned out to be far more complicated than planned with lots of unforeseen complications. None of which were due to Upstairs Downstairs. However they were dealt with swiftly and with professionalism and great communication. Everything was sorted without me having to do anything but being kept informed at all times. I’ve ended up with 2 beautiful bathrooms I know have been finished to the highest standard. Thank you Andre and Ashley.

Andre did a brilliant job of fitting 4 new internal oak doors (including a fire door). We are really pleased with them. Great, friendly guy who communicated well prior to doing the work. Would thoroughly recommend.

Communication prior to job was good and plumber arrived as promised. Made enquiries to enable removal of old machine, which was very useful.

My bathroom was fitted to a high standard with good workmanship. The fitter (Jason) was friendly & courteous and was able to answer questions I had regarding the job and advised where necessary. My order was checked as suitable to be fitted prior to delivery and any relevant changes (shower panels) were made to ensure that the work was completed. All rubbish was removed and the room cleaned afterwards. I would certainly recommend Upstairs Downstairs to anyone. An excellent job
