I contacted upstairs downstairs after reading there reviews and they promptly came out to take a look at our en suite bathroom that required a much needed refit, everything from the planning to fitting was done as they said it would be and completed in the specified timeframe, although we didn’t actually know them personally we soon felt comfortable enough to go away on holiday and leave them to do the work, they let themselves in and locked up after each day and the place was spotless when we returned. We are delighted with our new bathroom and we will be using them again to do our kitchen.

It was a smooth high quality installation. Great communication, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend without hesitation.

I contacted Andre for a quote following a recommendation from a friend. Andre obviously knew what he was talking about and I feel, gave good, sensible advice. Even though no work was eventually carried out - due to a change in circumstance - I was really pleased with the frequency and tone of necessary communications. Andre's understanding when I had to cancel the work was appreciated and not awkward. I was even refunded the deposit I had paid. I can only give third-party feedback on the quality of the company's work (excellent) but their customer service is great. Thank you.

From start to finish, we had excellent customer service and assistance from Andre. He was friendly and knowledgeable and everything was clearly explained with any questions or concerns being answered promptly. The team worked hard to complete the job in good time, and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. Overall, a positive experience!

The team were able to come and do a first visit very soon after I contacted them, I've used the company before. They are professional and friendly people and we're clear about my options. On the day of the job they were bang on time and got the job done and shower and taps working now.
