Excellent experience - the team carrried out the work promptly and explained clearly everything they were doing. Gary from Universal was very helpful when providing a quote and the team who came to do the work were very good. All the existing render was removed, insulation was fitted and then the house rendered. It looks very good and has made the house look much better. We had interior damp which needed to be resolved. Gary came and gave us quote in time, he also helped with the work and assigned professional people to undertake the task.
