Excellent experience - the team carrried out the work promptly and explained clearly everything they were doing. They were also very good with my elderly mother helping her prepare for and then tidy up when the work was complete.

Gary from Universal was very helpful when providing a quote and the team who came to do the work were very good. All the existing render was removed, insulation was fitted and then the house rendered. It looks very good and has made the house look much better. Very happy with the work done.

We had interior damp which needed to be resolved. Gary came and gave us quote in time, he also helped with the work and assigned professional people to undertake the task. The guys were very hard working and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We would recommend Universal Damp. They did a fantastic job damp proofing. We also recently had our cracked rendering fixed and painted with CorkSol. We love it! Such a friendly, hardworking and professional team.

Following a survey of the cottage, a plan of action was agreed & carried out very swiftly. The contractor working in the property made very little mess, cleaned up after each day & did a very tidy job. No fuss, no drama.

The technician was professional and explained the steps appropriately for repairing the wall. His work was excellent and neat.
