Patrick recently renovated our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The workmanship was outstanding, with real attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Everything was finished to a very high standard, and it’s clear a lot of care and pride went into the work. He was an pleasure to have around—friendly, respectful, and always happy to answer any questions we had. He kept everything tidy and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Patrick and Rick have again done an amazing job, this time plastering and painting our open plan front room. They are so polite and friendly and helpful. they clean up after themselves each day. They are flexible and supportive of our ideas and find solutions where we need them. They worked around my shift work and dog! Sophie and Patrick with provide quick and simple communication from start to finish and I would 100% recommend them.

We recently had our bathroom completely refitted and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The workmanship was top-notch — everything from the tiling to the plumbing and fixtures was done with great attention to detail. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful of our property. It was all completed on time and within budget, with no unexpected costs. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

After AO had poorly installed a hob into our worktop, we needed new worktops professionally installed as to not disturb existing tiling. The worktops were supplied and installed along with a hob and new tap / sink. Patrick was professional throughout the installation, punctual and friendly - even with our grumpy dog! Work was completed to a very high standard. We will look to use Universal Development again for future projects in our house.

Universal developments have done lots of work for me and i would highly recommend them. Excellent work , great communication. The work is very professional, finished well and left immaculate. Would have them back for any work needed
