  Gezim and his team were excellent. Punctual and efficient and the work is excellent. Have already booked them in for further work later in the year. Great communication and really clear quotes/ invoices so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

  I have used Gezim and his team for a number of years to do the maintenance on rental properties I manage in and around London. To say i rely on his excellent meticulous working practices and expertise would be an understatement. The quality of their work is always top notch. I deal with a lot of tradesmen in my job a property manager and Gezim and his team are some of the very best

  Excellent company and great people to work with

  Universal Contruction have now completed the second large job for me in 2 years. both jobs were completed within budget and on time and finished with excellent attention to detail. The team are punctual and polite and , crucially, very tidy and respectful of our home. We appreciate them enormously and would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to have renovations done to their home. Thank you Gezim, Joni, Beks, Fredi and Rilind!

  Reliable- clean- availability

  We highly recommend Gemi and his team. He is extremely reliable, always available, and gave us very helpful advice throughout the project. His team works to a very high standard and always makes sure the site is clean and tidy at the end of the day. They are also very friendly and easy to work with. We trusted them completely and even felt comfortable leaving them to work in our house while we were away for the summer. They helped us create a beautiful new bathroom and complete a garage extension, and we are absolutely delighted with the final result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
