UC Ltd – Gezim came equipped (other builders turned up with hands in pockets not even a pen). UC Ltd’s quote for the work was equally affordable. UC Ltd are professional, friendly, pay attention to detail. The care and quality of work is fabulous, I was always kept informed. They arrive on time, and prepared all work areas, and finished the work to schedule and looks wonderful. Gezim provided a comprehensive itemised list of the costs and did not arrange for any upfront payment, and happy to provide a payment plan. Gezim runs a unique in touch building company. I do highly recommend them.

A fantastic experience for us. The communication from start to finish was brilliant as we decided together what to do. The finish of the work was perfect and we are very happy with it. The work was all completed in a day with a smooth finish on all the walls. Will be using them again for the rest of the house.

Gezim and his team did a fantastic job renovating the entire ground floor. The work involved skimming all the walls, installing new flooring, fitting a new kitchen and carrying out additional electrical and plumbing work, all finished to a high standard. They were always punctual, professional, and left the site clean at the end of each day. Gezim and his team were also incredibly friendly and always courteous, making the whole experience smooth and stress free. Gezim was always available if I had any concerns and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

Universal Construction are really good. I got them in for a full bathroom refit, but their work was so good I ended up getting pretty much my whole place renovated. They did everything to the timelines I needed, communicated really clearly with me if anything needed to change from how we’d planned it, gave me options of different ways of doing things, but never put me under any pressure. All the trades were in-house so I didn’t have to worry about getting other contractors in and everything was done to a very high standard. They were also considerate of the neighbours which was a bonus. Great!

Gezim and team undertook a full refurbishment of my living room, from new ceiling to new flooring and everything in between. They were punctual, tidy and worked hard to complete everything to a high quality. Gezim kept a close eye on progress, and maintained regular communication (and answered a lot of our questions!). Extremely happy with the work completed!

Building work and electrical and gas pipe coordination works. approx £5k. Works in coordination with Utility companies. Needed careful preparation, flexible timescales to suit others, closing up and finishing to client quality. UCL team were well briefed, courteous, and tidy. The works included difficult exploratory work and investigation, adapting builders work ready for utilities relocation and connection, and completing connections. The team was great. Clear pricing, clear communication, worked through ideas, and were helpful in suggestions.
