  Could not recommend enough

  We had Richard and his team fit our new bathroom.We were really pleased from start to finish.They offered advice,worked cleanly and were on time and always did what they said they were going to do.The job was finished to a high standard and completed when they said it would be.All the team were very friendly and this made them easy to work with.We would certainly recommend them to anyone.Thank you Richard from very satisfied customers.

  A first class plumbing job

  Richard sent Hayden out today to sort out our lack of hot water and central heating. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and quickly tracked down cause (a blocked pipe). He sorted the problem and then did a thorough check that everything was working well, before leaving. The cost of the job was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will definitely be using them for any future work.

  Very impressed with the care and attention fitting my bathroom. Lovely workmen. Nothing was too much trouble and the finish is excellent. The whole experience was seamless. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

  Reliable & excellent workers

  I have had a new bathroom fitted in September 2025 by Unique Plumbing and Heating of Herne Bay Kent. I'm very impressed with the quality of the fixtures and overall finish. In October 2025 I had Richard & his team back for a relocation and installation of a new combi boiler. At all times I was kept informed of what was to happen & when. The team arrived on time. They kept mess & disruption to a minimum. They were friendly but professional and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was reasonably priced & and an excellent job was done.   Trustworthy and reliable professional team.

  What a great company. Professional from the design right through to the finished product. Everything taken care of without any hassle. They listened to my requests, gave advice where needed and worked miracles in my bathroom. Each trade that was needed from plumbing , heating, electrical and plaster work was seamlessly connected with the bathroom without me worrying! I also trusted them to work while I was away. Very impressed with the quality of their work and they are really nice people to have around as well! Nothing seemed too much hassle for them !

  Exceptional Workmanship!

  I have used Richard at Unique Plumbing for my boiler service for many years. This year he has redesigned and refitted my bathroom and installed a new Combi boiler. The work is always professionally carried out with exceptional attention to detail. Richard has a great team working for him who are always friendly, knowledgeable and they clean up there mess! My husband and I highly recommend Richard and his team.
