We contacted Richard who promptly sent Dan out to assess our CH problem. Dan was highly knowledgeable and helpful in offering advice to solve the problem and he also carried out a power flush on the system. We were so pleased with the professionalism and reliability of Unique Plumbing that we contacted Richard again to have a new radiator installed. Again the response was very prompt and Hayden did the installation to a very high standard. We had an excellent experience with Unique plumbing and heating. Communication was fabulous and we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. The team that completed the refit and the contractors including tilers electrician and floor fitters were polite friendly and cheerful despite it being one of the hottest weeks of the year. Richard and his team are professional, hard working, reliable and importantly for me, kept any mess to a minimum. They turned what was an out of date bathroom into a modern walk in shower room. I found Unique Plumbing and Heating on Checkatrade. Seeing the previous excellent reviews, I contacted the Company. I received a call back within half an hour of my request to arrange a visit for a quote. Richard, the owner, provided a very reasonable quote for the work required. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. On the day of the installation everything went very smoothly. Dan and Hayden worked extremely hard and completed the work in a day. I would have no hesitation in using Unique in the future and I will certainly be recommending them to my friends. Thank you once again !
