  Ash is an exceptional gas engineer who provides consistent, reliable and excellent service. Ash fitted our boiler over a year ago, has since provided an annual service. All delivered to an exceptionally high standard. Today, we needed emergency support with our gas fire. Within an hour, Ash arrived, despite it being his day off and resolved everything for us - absolutely no trouble at all. Ash isn’t only a brilliant engineer, he is kind, compassionate and a truly wonderful person. We’re very grateful for your service and 100% recommend to everyone.   Boiler serviced

  Came to service my boiler and fix a fault with heat circulation, found the problem straight away and only charged a little extra on top of the service to rectify. Will certainly use again in the future for plumbing needs

  Very professional and very friendly. Arrived on the day and time agreed. Knowledgable about unvented cylinders along with other forms of gas appliances and heating. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be using unique again. Very reasonable pricing. Faultless service

  AGA/Esse disconnection and new cooker installation

  Well, without a doubt one of the best installers about (Ribble Valley). Ash was brilliant, professional and really friendly. He came out on the day initially to help with a disconnection of an AGA, then came back late at night to install the new cooker. He is a gentleman and a true professional, left the work area clean and tidy and always up for laugh too. 100% recommend for anything gas related. Huge thank you Ash!

  Need to have my gas cooker capped off as I was getting an electric cooker.

  Ash was very professional. He arrived on time. Got the job done and tested the gas pipe after to ensure it was closed off properly. Would recommend!
