I recently had Arshid carry out some work on my boiler, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He fitted a new thermostat and was extremely punctual, kept me fully informed throughout, and showed great knowledge and professionalism. He was also very helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I’m so happy with the work that I’m already planning to have him back for other jobs. I would highly recommend Arshid to anyone looking for reliable and skilled boiler work.

Ash took the boiler all apart and very thorough, nothing was wrong with it. He checked my gas meter, there was no gas coming to the meter. There was no way I could have found that out, as I don’t have any other gas appliances. Everything he did was right, very professional, explained everything, arrived on time, left everything tidy. I have told my supplier and they are sending out an engineer to change my meter. They can check my meter and should have been contacting me to apologise for the fault. Instead, I have had to be without central heating and hot water for over 2 very cold days.

Ash did a boiler service and provided us with a gas safety cert for our rental property. Friendly guy, great communication and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
