  Update on ongoing works with unique

  Update on works being carried out and continued review. Unique have been on site every day putting in a full days graft even in the heat we have had. Currently we have walls almost built upto plate hight and the scaffolding is up waiting the roof to be started later this week. In general can’t fault the workmanship, cleanliness of the worksite at the end of each day and the workers friendly and considerate. On a side note unique have also helped rectify work carried out by previous builders that have done a less than adequate job.

  Kitchen and steels

  Ashley from Unique Construction transformed my first-floor flat. It was a major renovation — he removed windows, built up the openings, repaired a crumbling internal structure, took down walls, and installed steel beams (craned in and bolted together!). It was complex, structural work and honestly a bit scary at times, but Ashley handled it all with total professionalism and care. He’s a special man — skilled, calm, and clearly passionate about doing things right. The results speak for themselves: I now have a stunning kitchen and a completely reimagined living space.

  Full house refurbishment

  Chris and his team were extremely professional and provided excellent communisation throughout our house refurbishment works. We had our 4 bedroom house completely renovated by Unique Construction, the completed works are excellent and of high quality. The team were clean and tidy and provided excellent customer service throughout the works. The best part was that the final bill came in the same as the quoted works with nothing unexpected creeping up. We would highly recommend Unique Construction for any house works.

  Wall removal and remodel to make kitchen and lounge an open plan area

  Kept well informed from the start, Chris came out to see me and I explained what my vision was for the space and what I was hoping for. Throughout the works I was kept well informed on a daily and weekly basis, the work was tidy and all the team friendly and polite. Absolutely delighted with the end result and love having a nice big open living space.
