Chris (& Team) began work on our single story extension over our garage in the last two weeks; Unique have excelled at clear communication, keeping us informed at each step of the process and taking the time and care to talk us through initial issues we've had with the foundation of property. Chris in particular demonstrates true ownership of issues through to resolution - very happy with our choice of company thus far.

Chris gave good advice on the design of our new space and gave a fair quote for the work that was to be carried out. So far, the steels and outside drainage have been installed to a high standard and the site has always been left clean and tidy.
