2 roofs put on a top floor extension and ground floor extension. Good quality work and put up very quickly. We have had a lot of rain since, and zero leaks! Guys were very friendly and even bought my mum flowers while on the job! Site was kept as tidy as could be expected, and they worked within designated hours to keep noise from disturbing neighbours to a minimum. Tiles were found to match the existing tiles on the house, and apart from being a little cleaner, it’s almost impossible to tell the difference which looks great. Overall, happy with the work completed and the service provided!

Another cracking job from our builder! The oversite is spot-on, and the ground floor walls are up straighter than my nan’s best china cabinet. These guys work hard, clean up after themselves, and somehow still manage to be cheerful before 8am — witchcraft, I tell you. They’re reliable, skilled, and clearly take pride in doing things properly. Honestly, if they were bricks, I’d build my house out of them. Can’t wait for the next phase!

I have used Unique Construction before when they built my single story Kitchen extension 3 years ago. I had no hesitation in contracting them again . This time to remove an internal Chimney stack over 2 floors. The work was starred last Saturday and by the evening the stack was down and the site cleared. Over the following week they have reconstructed the flooring, overboard and plastered one ceiling and dropped another ceiling by 6inches , built the framework, plasterboard and fully skimmed. The amount of work completed in one week is phenomenal. The quality is Outstanding fantastic finish

Chris and his team have been absolute superstars! So far they’ve knocked out the entire back of the house, installed enormous steels, and are now prepping the floor for foundations. Chris is a unicorn in the building world—he answers his phone and texts back quickly. If there was a Builders’ Hall of Fame, he’d be in it. If you want skilled, reliable builders who truly look after you, Chris is your guy. Can’t wait to see the final result. Would 100% recommend (and no, I’m still not on commission… but I’ll keep hinting).
