The carpets are spotless and smell so fresh, and the mattress looks almost brand new. The team was friendly, professional, and respectful.     Upholstery cleaning 1 sofa and 1 loose covered Habitat Robin Day bed/ chaise

    The cleaner was punctual and pleasant. I am pleased with the result of the sofa, but less so for the day bed. During the process I was slightly traumatised by the volume of water sitting on the surface of my parquet floor (over 2 hours). The Cleaner did try to reassure me that he would dry up afterwards, but I felt the need to dry it with a towel in situ. The Daybed is soaked through to the foam and so after 4 hours is a long way off drying. On reflection maybe the process isn’t suitable for a loose covered foam cushioning. Ideally you would want the company’s expertise to have advised.
