The young man came on the time,he did our flat carpet plus 2 armchairs, all the stains came out and all looks new again and smells so clean Highly recommend!!

The cleaner was punctual and pleasant. I am pleased with the result of the sofa, but less so for the day bed. During the process I was slightly traumatised by the volume of water sitting on the surface of my parquet floor (over 2 hours). The Cleaner did try to reassure me that he would dry up afterwards, but I felt the need to dry it with a towel in situ. The Daybed is soaked through to the foam and so after 4 hours is a long way off drying. On reflection maybe the process isn’t suitable for a loose covered foam cushioning. Ideally you would want the company’s expertise to have advised.
