From Darrell’s initial visit/quote to having the work completed took a week. Contacting the office was easy and they were always very helpful and informative. The work carried out by Sam, Toby and Josh was fantastic, they arrived both days on time and not only were they professional and efficient with each job completed but also friendly and approachable with any questions or concerns. Before leaving they made sure I was happy with how things were working and left, giving me information on the new boiler and shower and what to do if I had any future issues. Very happy, highly recommend!

A really Caring Company

I will always be grateful to Ultrawarm for their prompt reaction to my emergency call on a very cold day (using their Ultra-Care 3 W&W system) when I had been left with no heating or hot water because of a gas problem which they quickly diagnosed. It was no fun particularly when you are 90.
