Ultra warm responded promptly to our cry for help when our boiler stopped working during a cold spell. An engineer came out the next day, was quick to identify the problem and worked late to resolve it. We were very pleased with the service provided, and were glad we had signed up to the parts and labour protection plan.

Very happy with the service we received from ultra warm. They were quick to respond to our request for an engineer to fix our hot water which was not working. They came out the next time on time and fixed the issue within an hour. Very impressed and would definitely use again and recommended the service.
