From my initial phone query as I had been let down by British gas even though my installation of a new gas boiler had been agreed and paid for in December last year. I was in immediate need of help ! Ultrawarm sent a technical manager around the same day. I got a quote the same day and two days later the fitters arrived,took out the old oil boiler and fitted the new gas boiler. The fitters were very polite, helpful, and tidy. I can't recommend Ultrawarm highly enough. Thank you again.

I am so grateful to Ultrawarm for the emergency service they gave last week. The gas suddenly stopped on the Aga in my Self Catering Cottage just as I was expecting guests to arrive. Matthew did a brilliant job in locating and solving the problem.

The emergency service of Ultrawarm of yesterday (Wednesday 11th March, 2026) was brilliant. Within five minutes of my email explaining that my oil boiler was not firing I received a telephone call informing me that an engineer would call in the afternoon. He arrived around 1.00pm, assessed the fault almost immediately, explained to me what the problem was, before replacing the faulty item. He was friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 for a superior service. Des Palmer
