Great communication with Ultra Warm. Vince our engineer is just superb! Tidy in his work and professional! Would not use any other gas company!

Boiler ceased to function due to some weird power outage or surge. Fuse in boiler blown. He was very thorough in finding fault and passed my case to Worcester Bosch as under guarantee, and identified I needed new circuit board. Currently awaiting visit from Bosch, which Ultrawarm arranged very promptly.

I have been a customer of Ultra-warm for over twenty-five years. They installed my current boiler maintained which is in a recurring annual breakdown and service contract. My boiler had its annual service today as part of this contract. The engineer assigned my boiler today was, as always, punctual, polite and very professional and carried out a thorough boiler service. Ultra-warm have never let me down in all these years. Or for that matter has my well-maintained boiler. A first-rate Gas Safe-registered business and I have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow domestic customers.

I have used Ultra Warm on a couple of occasions, once to provide a service on our Oil boiler and following recommendations we had some repairs done, all was excellent quality. I had today had to call them again as some water was being expelled outside from our cylinder tank, i called them at 09:30 and they were there at the doorstep at 11:30am done the work plus spent some time checking everything was all ok. The engineers are very friendly and polite and work with great professional attitude, I would highly recommend to anyone.

The service engineer was brilliant-friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the process, explaining what he was doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Excellent service through out. I would fully recommend Ultra warm to my family and friends.

The Engineer was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and very good with my dogs,I would highly recommend Ultra Warm without hesitation.
