10 Super Water Softener Installer

What a lovely local British company. Our 20 year old water softener was noisy. I made the call for an inspection. The engineer Andrew is such a nice gentlemen. He was very patient when discussing the options on what to do next and gave me the time to make up my mind without hurrying me.. Very conscientious and his work is of such a high standard. Meticulous detail. Took a lot of trouble routing the new pipes. Amazingly our original water softener was supplied by Andrews dad Kevin Goody. This is such a nice local family concern. Our old water softener stopped working and UK Water Softeners provided an excellent service and installation of our new softener. They were able to use the pipework already in place which kept disruption to a minimum. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional, friendly and efficient. We contacted them late morning and by midday had been contacted by Carl who came to us within the hour. He explained our options, with no pressure to use the company for any of them.
