the company were very helpful. Communication was very good . We were given an exact time frame for the engineer to arrive and he sent a text to say he was on his way. Job location: RG27I required a water softener due to being in a hard water area. Speaking to the previous occupier of my property due to them taking their water softener with them I was provided with the details "UK Water Softeners Wokingham, Berkshire" with contact details for Sarah Thomas. After contacting Sarah I got an immediate response. A visit was done and everything was clear. Installation by Steve Harvey went well and I am really impressed by the end result. No pushy sales, answered my questions professionally. A big thank you to everyone at UK Water Softeners LTD!9.33 Reliable repair.
