Job location: GU47We moved into brand new house end October 1989 and had water softener system installed. March 2023 I had a problem with my water softener system and was recommended to Andrew Goodey's company, UK Water Softeners. Carl Galvin, their engineer, successfully 'rebuilt' the system. 21 July 2025 another problem and Carl made the necessary repair. Each time the receptionist, Andrew and Carl were most helpful. Carl had protective covering for the floor, worked efficiently and speedily. I was most impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm and particularly Carl. Carl was visiting my neighbour and popped round to me when I requested that he looked at my current Water Softener which was overflowing. He was able to fit a new softener for me there and then with no fuss, no mess I’m very quickly. He also needed to replace the isolator valves which again was done efficiently.
