Always very reliable, been a customer for over 25 years, recommend anyone that needs a water softener then this is the go to company.

We wanted a filter tap installed to allow us to ensure our drinking water was safe to drink. UK Water Softeners came to our house and showed us different tap samples which was great as it allowed us to see them in situ and pick which one was right for us. Install completed less than 3 weeks from me first approaching them. My wife wasn't convinced the filter tap was needed but said she could taste the difference straight away. Great local company and would recommend.

This is a family run business, it is run very well and something that I value. From start to finish they provided and excellent service. Everything was explained in detail and delivered on time and as it should be. Their fitter did an excellent job and was in and out within the morning with no fuss and no bother. It was all completed in a professional manner. A great company that I would recommend.

From the outset the call handler was informative and helpful. Within a couple of hours an engineer called back and booked in an appointment the following day which was flexible to fit around me. He also provided some technical advice. The following day he attended on time and identified the issue. We talked through the options and the job was done there and then. He had all the parts required. Very tidy and quick.

The whole process from inquiry to installation was fast and smooth which took only a week’s time. Explanation and illustration were good and clear.

An excellent job done by Sarah (Comms, visit, ordering, expert advice) and Steve (fitter, plumber, troubleshooter). We had a water softener fitted and a Quooker filter. We discussed the options with Sarah - she gave great advice, which we took. A week later and Steve came to do the fitting. He also did an amazing tidying up of the bonkers pipework under our sink and fitting a new stopcock. Would definitely recommend.
