Excellent service from initial enquiry to obtaining a quote and placing order. On placing order a date and time was given for the work to be carried out The day before the installation we received a text message to confirm the appointment. On the day of the installation Pete arrived at 8am and carried out the installation to the highest standards of workmanship. Would highly recommend this company.

Reliable, professional, and great customer service. I have used the company for 26 years when they installed my first water softener. I would not be without out it now and when it did need maintenance this week (for the first time in 13 years!) Carl came out quickly and had it back working that day. My existing water softener was installed by UK Water Softeners in 2010. Following a mailshot I thought it would be a good idea to get the unit checked out. Carl arrived on time and within 30 minutes he had the water softener out from under the sink along with several MDF panels/shelves. Carl gave me the bad news by condemning the existing water softener. I was given two options - 1) Recon unit or 2) New unit. The new unit was installed, tested, all panels refitted within an hour. The service I received was excellent and Carl answered all my questions without delay or hesitation.
