Excellent service. The job was to trim and thin multiple Leylandii trees which were very overgrown. I was kept informed of what work is required to achieve the height I wanted . The team were polite and courteous, all done with a smile . Very pleased with the price and booking process was efficient. Runako was very professional and did a great job. Within minutes of visiting for the very the very first time he spotted a fungal infection that a previous tree surgeon hadn't mentioned. He managed to get the council's permission to do the job within 6 weeks whereas previous contractor had taken months. Overall a very positive experience with Runako and Nikki. They offered a competitive quote and the work was completed as expected. City Trees came to inspect our tree and advise on its health and how to take care of it. Their team came out on a cold and murky day to carry out the work - I was expecting them to cancel - but they came anyway and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job, and took care to check with me before and after that the job was complete and satisfactory. The entire team were diligent, polite, and you could see that they took pride in making sure they provided a quality service.
