Overall a very positive experience with Runako and Nikki. They offered a competitive quote and the work was completed as expected. We now have a lot more light in our garden and hopefully a lot less leaf/conker fall in autumn. I would recommend/use them again.

City Trees came to inspect our tree and advise on its health and how to take care of it. Their team came out on a cold and murky day to carry out the work - I was expecting them to cancel - but they came anyway and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job, and took care to check with me before and after that the job was complete and satisfactory. The entire team were diligent, polite, and you could see that they took pride in making sure they provided a quality service. Very good experience, highly recommended.

Runako and the team were fabulous from start to finish. From the first site meeting it was clear that Runako is an expert. He patiently talked me through options and what work could be carried out and what was best for the tree itself as well as what was best for the surrounding area. Communication by Runako and the wonderful Nikki was excellent. On the days the team arrived as scheduled and completed the works to an exceptional standard. They were all extremely polite and communicative and left the works area very tidy. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were wonderful.

Superb work from start to finish, very friendly, helpful and professional. all cleaned up afterwards, no rubbish left behind. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, it's a pity all workmen are not so good. The only thing is, after the tree was felled, i told him I had changed my mind, could he put it up again, he said they don't do that. I wonder why. Highly recommended.

Runako and his team were excellent, they diligently carried out their work quickly and effectively. They were punctual and completed the work on time without any issues. They were professional and maintained communication with me updating me on progress. When it came to payment they allowed me to pay after the work was done proving their trustworthyness. I can't thank them enough for their work and I would look forward to working with them again if possible.
