Great Service and products. Neil was professional and thorough. Installed 2 Panasonic units in my home in 2 days. outside piping and placement of external unit was neat and as unobtrusive as possible. Thanks for a great job Uber Cool!

Neil was great from his first visit to quote. He help us explore all the installation options and ultimately provided the best solution on where to place the internal and external units. He has been one of the best trades for communication as always let us know days/times for the work and each morning when the install had started. He was friendly and approachable throughout the whole process and his work was efficient, clean and tidy - we would highly recommend and use him again. Thank you Neil!
