I would recommend Neil and Ubercool to anyone without hesitation. Neil was amazing from start to finish. Making sure we both knew what was going to happen, costs and work carried out. His work is too quality, very neat and very tidy. I didn't have to do any cleaning up after his work. If you need any AC work please choose Uber Cool. We are so happy with the work and so will you!

We were really impressed by the work Neil did in installing a mini-split system in our loft conversion. Neil made helpful suggestions for running the cables and pipework, and the resulting job was very neat. The jobsite was left clean and tidy. Neil's quotation was very competitive and communication before and after the installation was excellent.

We found Neil from Uber Cool to be extremely efficient and professional through the whole process of a site visit to understand our needs, the estimation process and then the installation phase. This latter part of the work being carried out was done smoothly and the standard of the work was very high, little disruption for us in the three days it took to complete our air conditioning installation. Very pleased we chose Neil to undertake the work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Neil was first class the moment he stepped through the door, taking time to explain various options and was able to keep the job looking very discrete from the outside just as we were after. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We spoke to a few air conditioning companies, but Neil was the person who gave us the confidence that they had the technical capability but also was someone who we actually wanted to work in our house as he seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. It was certainly the right decision, and he worked seamlessly with the contractors doing our very large extension. We're ultimately very happy with the quality of the work he did; the communications we had with Neil, who's a very nice guy; and ultimately with the air conditioning system we have installed into three new bedrooms.
